Submit a project proposal targeted for the vice president of Operations at your scenario organization. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of work completed and feedback gained throughout the course and documented in Milestones One through Four.
You will provide an overview of the current situation, facts, assumptions, and known project requirements. You will include an analysis of alternatives that compares and contrasts various project management approaches to address the situation. You will analyze three nontraditional project management frameworks and identify capabilities and limitations of each. You will select one approach and defend it over the others as the most appropriate for the proposed project. Based on your analysis, you will design a project management framework that specifically addresses the business requirement. You will explain how Agile, Scrum, and the iterative processes are incorporated into your project framework. You will describe other elements of adaptive project management that will be used. You will comprehensively defend your recommendations.
