Identify and critically assess a program, policy, or law that attempts to combat terrorists’ use of

the Internet, cyberterrorism, or cyber warfare, either in a national or international context. This paper, answers the following questions:

1. What is the problem(s) that the program, policy, or law is attempting to address? Why is

it a problem(s) and why is it being addressed?

2. Who are the key stakeholders involved in the program, policy, or law? Why are they stakeholders?

3. What are the strengths of this program, policy, or law?

4. What are the weaknesses of this program, policy, or law?

5. How can the program, policy, or law be strengthened?

Please note that your paper should be six to eight pages in length (not including a reference

page), and the paper should be double-spaced, 12 point, Times New Roman font with one-inch

margins, and page numbers either at the top or bottom of the right-hand side of the page.
