Module 5: Managing Time and Stress

We all experience stress from a variety of sources in our lives; job stress, home stress, financial stress, you may even be feeling some academic stress realizing you have to participate in a discussion this week!

As you prepare your

Anti-Stress Agenda assignment
this week, let’s take a moment to support one another on this shared journey!

There are two topics you can choose from this week:

·

Time Management

·

Stress Management

Please share an area you’d like to see improvement in your life, or a strategy you use to avoid complications from stress or time management.

Everyone’s life is unique, but over the last few years, we’ve all experienced a number of unavoidable stress points and it’s time to remember as part of the AGMU Community that we’re here to support one another!

Here are some quick guidelines:

·
Leave specific details out to protect the anonymity of other parties in your example

·
Provide supporting info from academic sources for all statistics/opinions/claims

Remember to review the

academic expectations
 for your submission.
