Topic

My target population for my social media campaign is the military. This population is my interest because the miliary is known for drinking a lot. In the military we enjoy drinking all the time and find it decompressing after work and on weekends. It is my most interest because it is an organization I am apart of and familiar with. The ages between 18-25 and ranks E-5 and below are normally the issues we have with people misusing alcohol. Experiencing overseas issues is the biggest problem because these young soldiers that are not use to being away from home and being so far tend to be the ones that fall into a drinking habit.

III. Identification of at least one evidence-based program that will serve as a model for the final social media campaign. Include citations in APA-7 format (attach corresponding reference list at the end).IV. Campaign message

Description of the major message of the social media campaign
Description of the components that will be included in the campaign message.
Description of what the social media campaign will look like. The reader should be able to envision what the final product will be.

V. Plans to measure success of the campaign

What metrics (e.g., hits, likes, shares, etc.) will you use to determine the effectiveness of your campaign?
How will you know if your campaign has been successful with your target population?

Be sure to incorporate in-text citations and a corresponding reference list after the outline. You can include references from your working bibliography assignment or use other sources.

Part 2 Instructions

Using the outline you created in Part 3 as your foundation, develop a well-written proposal for a social media campaign that addresses alcohol use and abuse in your target population.

The elements of your proposal will mirror the structure of the outline. That is, your proposal should include the following:

Introduction that describes the problem being studied
Rationale for selecting a social media platform that works best with the chosen population and state
Discussion of an evidence-based program that serves as a model for your campaign
Description of the major message and associated components of the campaign
Strategy for measuring the success of the campaign

In addition:

Create a mock-up of your social media campaign to share
Your proposal must include in-text citations and a corresponding reference list in APA format.
