Inspired by Sadie Buck’s story, describe a music community and one or more music scenes that have been significant in your life.

After reading the Dueck chapter and listening to the recordings that illustrate different ideas about music in each community, select one of the recordings—or identify another related to the chapter content that you would have liked to see included (a tecnobanda, for example)—and share your thoughts about how and why you relate to and engage with both the musical performance and one of the topics or concepts it illustrates.
