Develop a decision-making plan that is directly related to school data that can be collected within your setting. Include the following: 1) Examination of Data Related to Area from Your Educational Setting, 2) Development of an Action Plan, 3) Annotated Bibliography: Research to Support This Plan. This paper should be four to six pages in length using APA format. Use the following headings when preparing the discussion of your plan:

Part I: Examination of Data from Your Educational Setting (Two-Three Paragraphs)

·         Collect data from your school or district: Include at least two types of data collected from your educational setting. Data must include measurable outcomes (i.e., test scores, graduation rate, ADA).

·         Identify and discuss one strength identified based on the data that you collected.

·         Identify and discuss one area that needs improvement identified from the data that you collected.

·         Very Important: You must include actual data to support both the strength and weakness that you identified:

o Example: “According to the 3rd Grade Reading Assessment, 28% of the third graders were reading at the struggling level.o Non-Example, “Hill Street Elementary School is proud of its marching band, which went to Washington, D.C this year. (There is no data to support this statement.)

Part II: Action Plan (3- 4 Paragraphs)· Develop an action plan for either building on the strength that you identified or improvement in the area you identified.· The Action Plan should include a discussion of the answers to the followingquestions:          i. Who: i.e. Who will implement the action plan? Who will benefit from the action plan?         ii. What: i.e. What group is targeted? What strategies will be implemented that will         produce measurable outcomes?         iii. When: i.e. When will the action plan begin? When will it end?         iv. How: i.e. How do you plan to implement the action plan? How will you follow-up or evaluate the plan? How will you measure success?

Part III: Annotated Bibliography: Research to Support Your Action Plan (5 or more entries) 

· Develop an annotated bibliography to summarize the research that supports the action plan you developed. For each citation, include: 1) Bibliographical Information, 2) Synopsis of Article, and 3) Evaluation of Article.· Please note: An annotated bibliography is NOT a reference list.
