After viewing the video on culture and climate, and reading the information in Chapter 5 of your textbook, answer the following question:

How do core values create the climate or perception of the school?

You should write 1 to 1 1/2 and a half pages explaining the difference in culture and climate and how the core values create the climate or perception of the school.

Paragraph Two Climate:

  • The paragraph clearly defines and explains what climate is in the school setting.

Paragraph Three:

  • Paragraph Three explains the significance of how core values impact and create the climate or perception of the school Culture

After viewing the video of Ron Clark, think about the words of wisdom he shared.  Write a reflection on the video and three  (3) things that stood out to you and how you can incorporate these words of wisdom as a new leader.

You should address the following:

Introduction Paragraph one:

  • Provides an overview of the three things that stood out to you.

Paragraph two :

  • A brief overview of each of the three things or words of wisdom that stood out to you and why.

Paragraph three: 

The concluding paragraph reflects on what you learned in watching the video, and It answers the following questions:1. Was it new information? Did you find it interesting?2. How will this information help prepare you as a future leader?

Your reflection should be at least one (1) page, but no more than a page and a half (1 1/2). You should write professionally, use correct grammar and sentence structure, and follow APA format (Including in-text citations and a reference page).
