  1. For your future reference, compile a summary for all 27 books of the New Testament. For each book, provide the following information:
    1. The author
    2. The themes
    3. The primary message

This project should be completed in your own words, and you should not solely rely on other sources. If you do use other sources, you are expected to cite them properly.

  1. Write a one- to two-page essay on the formation and reliability of the New Testament canon.
  2. Write a one- to two-page essay on the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. Your paper should include a basic chronology and geography of Jesus’s ministry as well as what He did and what He taught.

This project should be completed in your own words, and you should not rely solely on other sources. If you do use other sources, you are expected to cite them properly.

  1. Write a one- to two-page essay exploring the first-century cultural factors that contributed to the spread of the gospel in the early church.
  2. Write a one- to two-page essay exploring how Jesus fulfilled the Old Covenant. Use specific textual examples from the Old and New Testaments.

Your final should be submitted as one document with a clear header for each project. You should have one title page for the whole project. Each essay should have its own reference page for any sources cited. Format your outline and essays in APA style.
