It can be uncomfortable to look at yourself through a critical lens, but it is only through such self-evaluation that growth can occur. What strengths have emerged as a result of your time at the field agency? How can you capitalize on those strengths to improve in other areas for next term? Recall the self-assessment you took in Week 2 and the level of confidence you felt in demonstrating various advanced practice behaviors. How would your ratings be different now? 
Your answers to all of these questions provide valuable information with which to approach a self-evaluation—in addition to the formal evaluation provided by your Field Instructor
