Assignment objective: When we think of well-being, we should consider both mental and physical well-being.

Details: For this assignment, you will create a table that outlines a minimum of five activities or actions that you would take to enhance your own well-being, either mentally or physically.

For each of the five activities or actions, include a brief description of why the activity or action is important to you personally.

For each of the five activities or actions, explain how you will hold yourself accountable for maintaining this well-being.

For each of the five activities or actions, describe why you think this is important as a health care professional. Include examples of how it may support you, your patients, and/or your coworkers.

Submission: You may choose to develop your table in any format you choose; however, below is an example of how you may want to organize your table. APA Style will not be required for this assignment.

Length: The assignment should be a minimum of 4 pages in length, with the tables and summaries included for each activity or action.

References: No references are required for this assignment.

Grading: The assignment will be reviewed in alignment to the grading rubric criteria which is focused on an understanding and analysis of the case study, application of the relevant theories, quality of the recommendations, and clarity of the writing and APA citation style. The assignment is worth 20% of your course grade.
