Topic: Codis Database

Once your topic is approved, create an outline and a tentative list of at least 5 references, including at least 2 peer-reviewed scholarly articles, that you may use in your paper. You are not required to include all 5 in the final version of your paper, and you will need to add others. Ten (10) references are required for the research paper (due week 7), and at least 3 of them must come from forensic scientific journals, such as the Journal of Forensic Sciences, Forensic Science International, or other peer-reviewed scholarly journals. References should be written in APA format.

Your outline can be in a bullet list format. Use bullet points for each planned section or paragraph, with one or more indented bullet points below each providing some supportive detail. The more you include in the outline, the more feedback you will get. An outline should not be a draft with full paragraphs.

The required sections of the paper are found in the Part III section (see syllabus or Part IV assignment folder in week 7).
