addresses the questions and statements below.  When finished, the essay should demonstrate a
thorough understanding of the READ and ATTEND sections.  A minimum of three scholarly
sources are required, and all sources should be cited and referenced in APA format.  

Describe why it is necessary to develop a baseline budget for a project.
Oftentimes complications arise. Describe what needs to be done to manage risk on a
project and how can a risk assessment matrix help. List examples of issues that may
arise.
Discuss what needs to be done as part of closing a project. Why are these activities
important?
Describe some ways you can obtain feedback after a project has been completed. Why
and how would you use this information?
