The purpose of this assignment is to help you understand the connection between Christian conviction and situational leadership.   1. Define Leadership & Christian Conviction (Text):
    1. Write 1-2 sentences explaining what situational leadership and Christian conviction mean.
    2. Use simple, clear language.
  2. How Christian Conviction Shapes Leadership (Text):
    1. List 3 qualities of a leader with Christian conviction.
      1. Example: “Humility,” “Compassion,” “Integrity.”
    2. Provide a short example (real or fictional) of a leader who exemplifies these qualities.
  3. Advice for Ethical Leadership (Text):
    1. Write 2-3 sentences on why Christian conviction helps leaders make good decisions, especially in difficult situations.
    2. Include a Bible verse or inspirational quote about leadership (e.g., “The greatest among you will be your servant.” – Matthew 23:11).
  4. Incorporate Images (Visual):
    1. Add at least 2 images that reflect leadership, faith, or values (such as a picture of a leader, a Bible verse, or a symbol of faith like a cross).
    2. Ensure the images connect to the text and the themes of leadership and Christian conviction.
  5. Poster Design:
