Take it, analyze the results, and write a short paper comparing those results with what you thought of yourself as a leader prior to taking the test. Include the summary/score/explanation from the testing site in the appendix. Provide the leadership assessment test on the reference list. No other references are needed for this assignment.

The paper, as well as the reference and appendix, must be formatted per the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 7th edition, the only exception being that you may use first person voice (I, my, me) since this is a personal reflection on your leadership skills.
