Continue work on your personal strategic plan which will be due at the end of the course.

The strategic planning process may be referred to as institutional strategic planning, yet the same principles may be applied to personal/career strategic planning.

  • Read Step 5.
  • Develop the strategies to move your leadership career forward.
  • In this chapter, coming back to the team is referred to. Since you are developing a personal career strategic plan, work on it, put it aside for a bit, then come back and check it and see how you feel about those strategies or strategic steps.
  • Keep them if they work, revise them if needed.
