Capstone Project Topic Exploration Paper

The objective of this assignment is to encourage students to start brainstorming potential Capstone Project topics. By applying the analytical skills, they have acquired in this course, students are required to produce a Capstone Project Topic Exploration paper, which serves as a mini proposal for their project. In this paper, students are expected to articulate what they intend to research and why. They should provide a background and statistics that demonstrate why the problem is current, as well as explain what is happening in current practice and why it has not been adequately addressed.

To address the identified problem, students are required to formulate a research question. They should also utilize the knowledge they have gained in previous modules to hypothetically describe how they would set up their Capstone Project. They should anticipate the potential findings of their research and explain how they intend to use them. Your paper should consist of 4-5 pages and adhere to AMA 11th edition formatting guidelines. It should have a title page and a reference page to ensure a professional appearance. To ensure that your paper meets the required criteria, please refer to the grading rubric on the following page. The rubric outlines the specific content that must be included in your paper and serves as a helpful guide to ensure that you address all the necessary components.
