To provide children with a safe and supportive learning environment, and maintain instructional effectiveness, it is important to incorporate observation, documentation, and assessment into your daily routine. It is equally important that teachers acknowledge their own biases to remain open-minded and objective during assessments and truly understand the development and needs of children.
