After studying Module 4: Lecture Materials & Resources, discuss the following:

Think of a time when you were managing conflict and it did not go the way you hoped.

Based on the textbook readings this week:

  • How would you manage the conflict differently?
  • What were the factors that led to the original outcome?
  • How would you do things differently in order to change it to a more positive outcome?
