I have the below discussion that is due tomorrow at 5pm. There is a 100 word minimum for this topic so, no more than 150 or so is needed. It doesn’t have to be fancy or extravagant. Please let me know if you can assist.

Discussion Topic: Chapter 09 Discussion: Fetal Alcohol SyndromeChapter 09 Discussion: Fetal Alcohol Syndrome

In Chapter 9 you should have learned about prenatal development.  It is very important for soon-to-be mom to focus on health from conception to birth.  This time is miraculous, but a lot can go wrong.

Define Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) (use an outside resource, cite).

How do you think society/do you think society should address incidences of FAS?

Should/how does society work to prevent FAS?

Last, give an opinion (supported by facts, cite these facts) of what you think the consequences, if any, should be for a mother whose baby is born with FAS.

*Opinions can go a lot of ways regarding this topic.  Obviously, this topic can become a hot topic.   It is expected that all conversations are civil.  You are welcomed, as always, to agree to disagree.  Be respectful.
