 Section B: 

Choose the leadership theory that fits you. Go to Google Theory and push the image button. Strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for leadership improvement are all connected to the same leadership theory. In this section, you will perform a personal leadership analysis of three of your strengths and three of your weaknesses. You will then make three recommendations to improve your leadership effectiveness. Apply one scholarly leadership theory (listed below) to all three sections of this task: B1, B2, and B3.·       When responding to strengths & weaknesses, the evaluators assess the leader’s personal characteristics, behaviors, or actions. All paragraphs for strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations need the following: name the strength, weakness, or recommendation, name the scholarly leadership theory, include an in-text citation from an academic source, and include an actual real-life example of the leader’s behavior. Suggested Wording: “I have identified three strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations. They all relate to the ________ leadership theory. The first strength, weakness, or recommendation is… it relates to the ______ leadership theory because…”

Section C

SMART goals- two goals; two actions per goal for each goal. Write an entire paragraph that includes a complete sentence about each SMART criterion. Write a separate paragraph about each of your two SMART goals.
