Refer to the JPB Northern Railroad Train Derailment Scenario Overview (     ). Based on the information provided in this document, complete the attached ICS-201 Incident Briefing form. Using the priorities listed on the ICS-201 form as guidance, develop and list three (3) additional objectives that will help stabilize this incident. On a separate document, write a briefing explaining the rationale for each of your additional objectives. Submit both the completed ICS-201 form and your briefing. Use appropriate Incident Command System (ICS) terminology throughout the briefing.

• Develop incident objectives for an Incident Action Plan using a standard FEMA form (ICS Form-201) and discuss the objectives in a separate briefing, including the rationale for the chosen objectives.
